PWW Recruiting reads resumes and cover letters! Instead of solely relying on artificial resume parsers, actual humans will find suitable candidates for your job opening(s). Our organization will leverage our resources to adequately source, recruit, pre-screen, and present only qualified candidates to your business. We understand how time-consuming the hiring process is, so we also coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and offer presentation/negotiation at no additional cost (if desired).

The COVID-19 pandemic has wholly altered the job market and limited the resources available for small and large organizations. We will establish a fair deposit amount to get started readily, along with an agreed-upon time frame for the candidate search during our initial call. Companies that use our service pay 10% of the candidate’s base salary once they have made a successful hire during the established period. The industry average (even during the pandemic) remains anywhere between 10-20% when doing business with larger entities.
