Our organization will leverage our resources to adequately source, recruit, pre-screen, and present only qualified candidates to your business. We understand how time-consuming the hiring process is, so we also coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and offer presentation/negotiation at no additional cost (if desired).
Our Client Portal provides a way for our agency to share our audit trail of client interactions about candidates directly with your restaurant. As a result, we ensure all of the candidates sent to your restaurant spend less time waiting for the next steps, feedback, and potential offers. As communication is only taking place virtually at this time, we want to ensure PWW Recruiting’s process is in sync with your restaurant’s internal process. All interaction occurs in the Client Portal while feedback is immediately stored under job records and candidate records, eliminating endless email chains.
We will recruit and refer qualified personnel as available and as needed for direct hire by the Client under the following terms and conditions. As consideration for the service provided, PWW Recruiting, LLC will be due a contingency fee between 5-10% of the new hire’s salary as a fee for the placement.* The Client will be invoiced upon the employee’s first day of employment. Invoices are due and payable to PWW Recruiting, LLC within sixty (60) days of the employee’s first day of employment. If the employee leaves the client within the first sixty (60) days from the date of hire, for any reason other than company lay-off, PWW Recruiting, LLC will find a suitable replacement free of additional charge.
