The RN will be expected to float to other related units in times of low census. Please inform your RN’s that this unit gives them the prime opportunity to intimately care for patients and build strong relationships with coworkers and physicians. Caring for these patients with a variety of medical conditions not only permits the RN to stay up-to-date on all knowledge and skills but also empowers the RN to be the best nurse possible while dealing with diverse and complex patients day in and day out.PLEASE NOTE that our C-19 protocols require a minimum 14 day break between the end of the RN’s last assignment (if out-of-the- state of Ohio) and their 1st scheduled day with us!
