The Sales Development Representative will directly influence company growth by calling potential clients, creating intriguing conversations, and by booking demos for the Sales Rep team.

•You have completed a four-year college degree with a high GPA

•You have an impressive track record in your academic and work history.

•You have been in a fast paced working environment and know how to pick up tech tools quickly.

•You have managed your own workflow and schedule.

•You do not need someone to guide your day or tell you what to do next.

•You enjoy and have experience presenting or communicating in a professional environment.

•You love talking to strangers and getting people to open up or people naturally open up to you.

•You know how to write effective emails and engage professionally across all channels (phone, video, written)

What you’ll experience in your first week:

– Get access to tools and software that will help you successfully manage your workflow and day

– Dive into how we approach sales and speak to school leaders

– Meet with and shadow thoughtful, high performing colleagues who have been successful in the position

– Learn how we write emails to surprise, delight, and grab the attention of your audience.

Interview process:

3 or 4 rounds of interviews. Initial phone/Zoom conversation with People Operations (1) followed by Zoom interviews with Director & VP (2 to 3).
