We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Human Resources department to coordinate and participate in our full-cycle recruiting.

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Essential Functions:

•Develops, facilitates, implements, and tracks all phases of the recruitment process.

•In concert with the Director of Recruiting, develops and tracks an ongoing workforce plan for the organization.

•Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria, including interview guides.

•Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

•Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.

•Sources and screens applicants and select/refers qualified candidates.

•Schedules interviews; develops/oversees the interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Distributes interview schedules and interview guides to the interview team.

•Assists with the interview process, including participating in interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.

•Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

•Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

•Researches and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.

•Schedule meetings for management.

•Providing administrative support to the Human Resources function as needed including record keeping, HRIS entry and file maintenance.

•Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.

•Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

•Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

•Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

•Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

•Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

•Ability to travel up to 25%.

Education and Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

•At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.

•SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

•SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

•Experience with TriNet and ADP software.

•Experience in Healthcare field.
