• Our ideal candidate will come from a technology sales and solutions company selling SAAS/Tech/Digital/ experience and services into the construction/skilled trades industry.


Experience working in a tech enabled/Services environment preferred

• A minimum of 8 years of high performing sales experience and achievements

• A minimum of 3-5 years in a sales leadership and management role

• Proven success selling to the C-Suite and Executive level Operations

• Proven success building and coaching winning teams

• Strong analytical skills

• Enterprise Software/SAAS technology B2B experience at a tech-enabled growth company

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to establish relationships over virtual meeting platforms

• Demonstrable success in team development and mentorship

• Experience within an early stage company preferred, but not required

• Approximately 20% travel required
