**Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs. During the traveler s assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.We are seeking aRegistered Nurseto:Join our world-class team of doctors, nurses and other health care professionals, they provide everything from preventive health care to highly specialized programs.Provide quality care in a compassionate family- and patient- centered environment.Promote healthy life styles, wellness and education.Minimum Requirements:Urgent care experienceTraveler must have permanent address outside 50 miles radius of MadisonTraveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state.*Will consider candidates without WI or compact license but must apply for a temporary license under the interstate reciprocity order within 48 hours of offer accepted and provide screenshot of application submitted. Traveler must complete this requirement prior to being cleared to start.Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years.Prior traveling experience is preferred.Traveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 – Trauma center.BLS (American Heart Association Only)Need 2 references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only)Schedule: 40 hrs/week.
